Hello! If you have happened to stumble to my part of the internet...welcome! My name is Christina, and I am eighteen years old blogger from New York. I grew up in Brooklyn and went to high school in Manhattan (at a school that is very similar to what you see on Gossip Girl). I am currently a freshman at Providence College in Rhode Island. Go Friars! I am a double-major studying Marketing and English.
I created 'This Fashion Girl' on May 3, 2013, when I was twelve years old, and I've been sticking with it ever since (sometimes very inconsistently). You can find posts from my middle school, high school, and now my college days.
Some things about me!
I love learning languages, and I hope to be able to speak Italian and Spanish one day. In my free time, I read books and blogs, watch a ton of youtube, going to hockey games, write stories, go out with friends, and try to figure out what I want to do and who I want to be.
In high school, I was president of my school's feminism club & their Spanish-latinx club (because I love the language, but I'm Italian & Irish). I played Field Hockey, and was briefly on the Badminton team. I took part in my high school's renditions of 'The Little Mermaid,' and 'In the Heights.' I love theater and singing (I was also in choir!).
At Providence College, I am Vice President of Providence College Television (PCTV), have a weekly two-hour radio show called 'Cracked Up' with my roommate, and am part of Women in Business, International Business Club, and some service organizations on campus.
If you have questions or anything you want to say in particular, don't be afraid to comment on my blog or email me at thisfashiongirl1@gmail.com
